- Manage machining shop processes, customer complaints, and quality assurance.

- Ensure IATF 16949 and ISO compliance for internal and external audits.

- Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and business growth strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 15+ years of experience in plant operations, machining shop management, and manufacturing leadership.

- Expertise in customer interaction, cost control, IATF 16949 compliance, and business expansion.

- Willing to relocate to Ahilya Nagar (Ahmednagar)
