Location: Khushkhera, Rajasthan Experience: 5+ years in sheet metal fabrication for panel manufacturing Industry: Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Production Engineer – Fabrication with expertise in sheet metal fabrication for electrical control panel manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrication processes, sheet metal design, and production planning to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage fabrication operations for sheet metal components in panel manufacturing. Ensure production planning and scheduling to meet project deadlines. Supervise sheet metal cutting, bending, punching, welding, and assembly processes. Work closely with the design team (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) to ensure manufacturability of designs. Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high fabrication standards. Optimize material usage and reduce wastage through efficient fabrication techniques. Manage fabrication workforce and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Troubleshoot fabrication-related issues and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement. Maintain production reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. Key Requirements: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, preferably in control panel manufacturing. Proficiency in fabrication techniques such as laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, and welding. Hands-on experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other design software is a plus. Strong knowledge of material selection, machining, and finishing processes. Experience in lean manufacturing and process optimization is preferred. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
