We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Solar Quality Inspector to join our team! Perform visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections to assess the quality of solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other components. Ensure installations meet safety requirements and industry best practices. Identify and document any defects or issues and work with installation teams to resolve them. Conduct post-installation quality checks, including system performance verification and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and recommendations. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to improve installation processes and quality. Ensure all quality standards are maintained throughout the installation process. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Proven experience in the solar energy industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of solar panel systems, components, and installation processes. Understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, UL, IEC). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
